由哈尔滨焊接研究所研制的五头插销式冷裂纹试验机鉴定会,于1979年10月25～28日在哈尔滨市举行。来自一、五、六机部、教育部、铁道部、冶金部、黑龙江省和哈尔滨市所属的有关科研、生产、高等院校等27个单位的48名代表参加了会议。会议由一机部机械院、省、市科委等九个单位组成的领导小组主持。会上由哈尔滨焊接研究所作了HCL—2型五头插销式冷裂纹试验机的综合介绍,以及主机设计、电控设计、试验程序和技术鉴定大纲说明等报告。
From the Harbin Institute of Welding developed five bolt cold crack testing machine identification meeting, in 1979 October 25 to 28 held in Harbin. Forty-eight delegates from 27 institutions including Scientific Research, Production and Institutions of higher learning affiliated to Ministry of Education, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Metallurgy, Heilongjiang Province and Harbin attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by a leading group of nine units including Machinery and Machinery Department of the Ministry of Machine Building, Provincial and Municipal Science and Technology Commission. At the meeting by the Harbin Welding Institute made HCL-2 five-pin bolt cold crack testing machine comprehensive introduction, as well as host design, electronic control design, test procedures and technical appraisal outline and other reports.
