北京市粮食局在“双补”工作上突出重点、讲求质量,有不少好的经验。其中在确定补课的对象及重点上,他们做了很必要的工作;通过调查研究,摸清了补课对象,通过工种划分,确定了补课对象的轻重缓急及不同对象的不同要求,做到了心中有数。这是搞好技术补课必不可少的前提。据我们了解,不少系统和单位都做了这项工作,但还有些单位至今没有做。粮食局是较早完成这项工作的单位,而且在技术补课上取得了较大的进展,这里我们选登粮食局教育处一份材料中的有关段落,供读者参考。
Beijing Municipal Bureau of Grain in the “double fill” work focused on the emphasis on quality, there are a lot of good experience.
