目的:探讨LBL+PBL+TBL“三轨教学模式”在高职社区护理学教学中的应用。方法:采用整群抽样的方法收取我校2013级护理专业学生4个班,随机分成LBL教学组,LBL+PBL教学组,LBL+TBL教学组,LBL+PBL+TBL教学组。结果 :经过一个学期的教学后,LBL+PBL+TBL教学组的学生理论成绩和实践成绩高于其他组,问卷调查显示LBL+PBL+TBL教学法有助于提高学生的学习成绩,提高学生学习兴趣、拓宽知识面、提高解决问题的能力、提高学生的综合能力。结论:LBL+PBL+TBL教学模式在高职社区护理学教学中的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application of LBL + PBL + TBL “three-track teaching mode ” in community nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges. Methods: Four groups of nursing major students in 2013 were enrolled by cluster sampling. They were randomly divided into LBL teaching group, LBL + PBL teaching group, LBL + TBL teaching group and LBL + PBL + TBL teaching group. Results: After one semester of teaching, the theoretical and practical achievements of LBL + PBL + TBL teaching group were higher than those of other groups. The questionnaire survey showed that LBL + PBL + TBL teaching method could improve students ’academic performance and improve students’ learning Interest, broaden their knowledge, improve the ability to solve problems, improve students’ comprehensive ability. Conclusion: The teaching mode of LBL + PBL + TBL is significant in community nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges, which is worth to be popularized.
