张之强是北京市高等教育自学考试办公室主任。他热爱成人教育事业,根据多年的教学经验,针对自学特点主编了第一册《大学语文》教材,被全国高教自考办指定为自学考试用书。他自任办公室主任以来,以改革精神积极探索无线电专业等新学科的自学考试办法,取得成效。他亲自主持对台湾同胞的中医专业自学考试工作,对加强台湾对大陆的了解起到了积极作用。他重视并加强办公室正规化建设,重视对职工进行经常的思想教育。他工作任劳任怨无私奉献,受到大家好评。该同志在1985年曾被评为全国职工教育先进教师。
Zhang Zhiqiang is Beijing Municipal Higher Education Self-examination Office Director. He loves adult education, according to years of teaching experience, for self-learning features the first volume of “college Chinese” teaching materials, by the National Higher Education Self designated for self-examination books. Since assuming office as director of the office, he has actively explored self-study examinations for new subjects such as radios in the spirit of reform and achieved fruitful results. He personally presided over the self-study examinations of Chinese medicine for Taiwan compatriots and played a positive role in strengthening Taiwan’s understanding of the Mainland. He attaches importance to and strengthens the formalization of the office and places emphasis on regular ideological education for employees. He worked hard and dedication, was well received by everyone. The comrade in 1985 was named the national advanced teacher education.
