我校是一所新建校,校龄只有短短三年。在从无到有,建设一所新校的过程中,我们遇到了许多困难,其中最突出的是师资问题。建校之初,我校83名教职工中存在“三多三少”的状况,即青年教师多,有经验的中老年教师少;外地知青返城教师多,本区骨干教师少;陆陆续续调进的教师多,本校基本教师少。这“三多三少”造成教师数量不足,基本素质、教学水平参差不齐,情绪不稳定,生活困难多。 面对教育经费的困难,面对入学高峰的巨大压力,面对社会各界对教学质量的高标准要求,我们决心从师资队伍的建设起步,以培养占教师总数百分之五十的青年教师为重点,激励教职工学习与工作的积极性,从而促进教师素质的提高。
My school is a new school, only three years old. During the process of building a new school from scratch, we encountered many difficulties, the most prominent of which was the problem of teachers. At the beginning of the establishment of the university, there were 83 teachers in our school who had “more than three, three less”, namely, there were fewer young teachers and middle-aged and experienced teachers with less experience.
