目的:探讨PDCA循环管理对妇科不良事件发生率方面的影响,为进一步提高妇科护理质量提供参考。方法:选取浙江省诸暨市中医医院2014年和2015年妇科住院的各200例患者临床资料进行分析比较。2014年的患者为对照组,采用常规护理模式;2015年的患者为观察组,在常规护理基础上采用PDCA循环管理。患者出院前,比较两组在院期间发生不良事件的概率,以问卷方式收集患者对护理服务的满意度。结果:对照组和观察组不良事件发生率分别为11.5%和2.5%;患者满意度分别为66.5%和87.0%(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理可提高临床护理质量,降低妇科护理不良事件发生率,在保证患者住院安全的同时,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the impact of PDCA cycle management on the incidence of adverse gynecological events and provide reference for further improving the quality of gynecological nursing. Methods: The clinical data of 200 patients with gynecological inpatients from 2014 to 2015 in Zhuji TCM Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected for analysis and comparison. The patients in 2014 were the control group, with the conventional nursing model. In 2015, the patients were in the observation group and PDCA circulation management was based on the routine nursing. Before discharge, the probability of adverse events during the hospital stay was compared between the two groups, and the patient’s satisfaction with nursing services was collected by questionnaire. Results: The incidences of adverse events in the control group and the observation group were 11.5% and 2.5%, respectively. The patient satisfaction was 66.5% and 87.0%, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: PDCA cycle management can improve the quality of clinical nursing, reduce the incidence of adverse events in gynecological care, and improve patient satisfaction with nursing services while ensuring hospital safety.
