为使《军队主要医疗设备管理办法》(下称《管理法》)的试行落到实处,总后卫生部最近举办了全军医疗设备管理训练班,参加学习的有各大单位的医疗设备计划、检修、使用部门的领导和管理人员共200余人。训练班教员结合《管理办法》的每个章节授课,讲解了有关科学管理基础理论知识、具体做法和要求,并研讨了贯彻实施的设想,加深了对《管理办法》的理解,为各大单位加强医疗设备管理和办好各自的训练班培训了骨干,收到了比较满意的效果。总后卫生部韩光部长到会讲话,他就加强全军医疗设备管理工作提出了如下要求。
