创新能力的培养,是素质教育的核心。少儿时期是培养创新能力的最佳时期,作为一名小学品德课教师,要抓住时机,努力做好创新的启蒙教育。教学中,教师要根据学科特点和学生特征,积极树立学生的创新自信心,坚持培养学生的创新意识,保护、鼓励、发掘学生的创新潜能,并教会学生怎样思考问题、掌握学习方法,激发创新思维,引导学生积极主动地参与实践体验,培养创新能力。
