市政工程建设是现代城市建设主要组成部分,是一个文明城市主要标志之一,该项目工程具有投资量大、推动作用强以及影响面较广等特点。这些工程和人们的利益息息相关,它是一个城市生活水平之体现。民众非常依赖城市建设,它是人们生活重要依托,它的建设质量以及使用功能直接影响人们的切身利益。因此,在进行建筑招标过程中,理当进行科学的决策,理当做好监管工作,这样才能更好的保障社会经济建设水平,才能有效促进社会经济发展。文章使用案例进行解析,从工程招标出现的几个问题深入解析,为开展的城市工程建设提供借鉴和依据。
Municipal engineering construction is a major part of modern city construction and is one of the major symbols of a civilized city. The project has the characteristics of large investment, strong promotion and wider impact. These projects and people’s interests are closely related, it is a manifestation of the city’s living standards. People rely heavily on urban construction, which is an important support for people’s lives. Its construction quality and function of use directly affect people’s immediate interests. Therefore, in the construction bidding process, we should make scientific decisions, should take good supervision, so as to better safeguard the level of social and economic construction, in order to effectively promote social and economic development.
