水电部西北勘测设计院于1984年11月14日至日21在现场召开了“黄河拉西瓦水电站工程技术讨论会”。出席会议的代表共66人,除西北院代表外,并邀请了水电部规划设计院、西北电管局、第四工程局、黄委设计院,成勘院,国家地震局地震地质大队、兰州地震研究所,00300部队,大连工学院,陕西机械学陀,华东水利学院,兰州大学,哈尔滨和东方电机厂,以及青海省属有关部门等十八个单位的专家、教授,工程师参加了会议。与会代表对该工程的可行性初步研究设计提出了许多宝贵的意见,对下阶段的工作也提出了许多有益的建议,这将为在1986年初提出可行性研究报告起积极的作用。
The Northwest Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Electricity and Power held the “Yellow River Laxiwa Hydropower Project Engineering Seminar” on November 14, 1984 to 21st. A total of 66 representatives attended the meeting, with the exception of representatives from the Northwest Institute and invited representatives from the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Northwest Electric Power Administration, the Fourth Engineering Bureau, the Yellow Design Institute, the Institute of Exploration and Development, the Seismological and Geological Brigade of the State Seismological Bureau, Lanzhou Earthquake Research Institute, 00300 Force, Dalian Institute of Technology, Shaanxi Mechanical Tuo, Huadong Hydraulic Engineering College, Lanzhou University, Harbin and Dongfang Electrical Machinery Factory, and Qinghai Province is the relevant departments of 18 units of experts, professors and engineers attended the meeting. The participants put forward many valuable suggestions on the preliminary design of the feasibility of the project and made many helpful suggestions for the next stage of work, which will play an active role in proposing the feasibility study report in early 1986.
