目的 检测胸水脱落细胞端粒酶活性 ,为临床鉴别良恶性胸水提供诊断依据。方法 离心收集各种类型胸水的脱落细胞 ,TRAP PCR |ELISA银染法检测脱落细胞端粒酶活性。结果 心力衰竭、肝硬化、尿毒症、肺炎、结核性胸膜炎胸水脱落细胞不能检出端粒酶活性 ,而癌性胸水 91 .42 %端粒酶阳性 ,端粒酶活性检测对恶性胸水诊断的敏感性为 91 .42 % ,特异性为 1 0 0 % ,显著高于其他检测方法。结论 端粒酶活性检测可作为临床良恶性胸水鉴别诊断的依据之一。
Objective To detect telomerase activity in exfoliated cells of pleural effusion and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis of benign and malignant hydrothorax. Methods The exfoliated cells of various types of pleural effusion were collected by centrifugation. The telomerase activity of exfoliated cells was detected by TRAP PCR. Results Heart failure, cirrhosis, uremia, pneumonia and tuberculous pleurisy were not detectable by telomerase activity in pleural effusion cells, whereas telomerase activity in cancerous pleural effusion was 91.42%. The detection of telomerase activity was sensitive to the diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion 91.42% of the sex, specificity of 100%, significantly higher than the other detection methods. Conclusion The detection of telomerase activity can be used as a basis for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pleural effusion.
