近年来我国经济建设突飞猛进的同时,人们在医疗保健、防病治病方面的意识也在不断提升,从而在我国医疗卫生服务体系建设及事业发展过程中也提供了强有力的支持与推动。医院在迎来更为广阔发展空间的同时,同类型医疗卫生机构的出现也势头强劲,在此种情况之下如何有效确保医院的市场份额以及如何积极提升医院的医疗卫生服务总体质量就成为了人们普遍关注的热点问题。而加强医院的综合实力与医疗卫生服务水平就必须从内部管理尤其是对于医院来说重点管理问题之一的固定资产管理入手。本文从当前医院固定资产管理工作现状分析入手,谈谈如何有效加强医院在固定资产管理方面的具体质量并提出若干改革措施,以供参考。

To strengthen the overall strength of the hospital and the level of medical and health services, we must start with the management of fixed assets, which is one of the key management issues especially for hospitals. This article starts with the analysis of the status quo of the current hospital fixed asset management, and talks about how to effectively strengthen the hospital’s specific quality in the management of fixed assets and put forward some reform measures for reference.
