为了提高集装箱码头的作业效率,研究了码头装卸系统的作业特点和性质,通过拓展传统析取图建立了码头装卸设备集成调度问题的析取图模型。在此基础上分析了码头作业中存在的阻塞和死锁,并对两种不同类型的死锁进行了定义,提出了判定的方法。分析结果表明:在析取图上进行还原操作可以有效地区分两种死锁,并依据阻塞及平行设备组的性质,可在析取图上进一步获得问题的可行解。
In order to improve the operation efficiency of container terminal, the operation characteristics and properties of terminal handling system are studied. An extraction model of integrated handling of terminal handling equipment is established by extending the traditional extraction diagram. On this basis, the paper analyzes the blockage and deadlock existing in quay operations and defines two different types of deadlocks and puts forward the method of judgment. The analysis results show that the two deadlocks can be effectively distinguished by the reduction operation on the extracted graph, and the feasible solution of the problem can be further obtained on the extracted graph according to the nature of the blocking and parallel device group.
