Acquired immune deficiency syndrome, referred to as AIDS disease. The first documented case of AIDS in 1978 was first officially reported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 1981. It can cause multiple systemic complications, ocular complications is one of the common complications of AIDS. With the increasingly extensive international contacts, the incidence of AIDS is increasing, and the harm to all mankind can not be underestimated. In 1985, 42 states reported AIDS in the United States. Pepose et al. (1985) showed that in the three years from June 1981 to June 1984, there were 5,000 AIDS patients in the United States; an additional 5,000 were added between 1984 and April 1985. The United States CDC estimates that in the next two years the United States will add another 40,000 AIDS patients. In July 1986, a symposium on AIDS was held in Paris, France. More than 300 journalists attended the conference and 2,500 scientists attended the conference. The meeting reported that 5 million to 10 million people are infected with the AIDS virus.
