采用镉还原比色法测定脑梗死病人和糖尿病伴脑梗死病人血清一氧化氮(NO)的代谢产物——亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐(NO_2-NO_3)水平,以间接反映机体内源性一氧化氮水平的变化并加以比较。结果显示:脑梗死病人血清NO_2-NO_3值为(42.5±14.0)μmol/L,显著低于正常对照组(52.6±13.6)/μmol/L糖尿病伴脑梗死病人血清NO_2-NO_3值为(72.4±22.1)μmol/L,显著高于正常对照组。结果提示:NO与脑梗死和糖尿病伴脑梗死的发生密切相关,前者表现为NO水平下降,造成血管收缩;后者系糖尿病损害内皮功能,造成对NO的敏感性降低。
Cadmium reduction colorimetry was used to measure the levels of serum nitric oxide (NO), nitrite and nitrate (NO 2 -NO 3), in patients with cerebral infarction and diabetic patients with cerebral infarction to indirectly reflect the changes of endogenous nitric oxide Nitrogen levels change and compare.
