各有关单位:“生态文明建设”作为我国的基本国策。生态水利是二十一世纪人类文明进步和实现经济社会可持续发展对水利提出的必然要求,也是水利发展建设的最高目标。为了研究、探讨在河道整治中遇到的技术问题,改善水环境及河道沿岸生态环境治理,从而实现河流生态可持续利用,为培养和提高生态水利规划、设计、建设、管理方面的人才。
Relevant units: “Ecological Civilization Construction” as our country’s basic state policy. Ecological water conservancy is an inevitable requirement for water conservancy made by the progress of human civilization in the 21st century and the realization of sustainable economic and social development. It is also the highest goal of water conservancy development and construction. In order to study and discuss the technical problems encountered in river regulation, improve the ecological environment of water environment and riverside so as to realize the ecological sustainable use of rivers and to train and improve the talents of ecological water conservancy planning, design, construction and management.
