第三届“全国音乐传播论文征集活动”于2013年10月截稿后,活动组委会与相关专家开始初选,并进行通讯评选。在通讯评选基础上,于2013年12月29日召开终评会。评委专家在会上充分发表了各自对论文的审读意见,并评出一、二、三等奖及优秀奖论文共38篇。本次活动学术顾问、国务院学位委员会艺术学科评议组召集人、中央文史研究馆馆员、中国传媒大学艺术研究院院长仲呈祥教授在会上强调:“我们的刊物,就应该成为民族的音乐传播理论的先锋阵地。因此,评这个奖,宗旨就是要评出一批敢讲真话,敢说真情,敢求真理的好论文。评选活动的根本宗旨,是激励我们音乐理论工作2013年12月
After the third session of ”National Call for Papers on Music Dissemination“ was completed in October 2013, the Organizing Committee of the activity and relevant experts started the primary election and conducted the communication selection. Based on the communication selection, a final comment meeting was held on December 29, 2013. Judges and experts at the meeting fully published their own opinions on the review of the paper, and judged the first, second and third prizes and a total of 38 outstanding papers.
