由于对水轮机和水泵水轮机的性能、可靠性和适应性的要求不断地提高,因而促使制造厂改进其模型试验设备,以便按用户的要求彻底地评价每一个水轮机或水泵的设计。采用先进的试验技术,特别是电子测试、数据取集、发电电动机控制等,大大地提高了试验质量,并缩短试验时间。本文介绍美国阿里斯-查默斯公司水轮机厂新设计的水力模型试验室——包括建筑布置、循环管路系统、数据取集系统、动能产生系统、以及模型试验台。
The ever-increasing demands on the performance, reliability and adaptability of turbines and pump turbines have prompted manufacturers to improve their model test equipment to thoroughly evaluate the design of each turbine or pump at the user’s request. The use of advanced testing technology, especially electronic testing, data collection, power generation motor control, greatly improving the quality of the test, and shorten the test time. This article describes the newly designed hydraulic model laboratory for the Aris-Chalmers Turbine Works in the United States - including building layouts, circulatory piping systems, data acquisition systems, kinetic energy generation systems, and model test benches.
