广东省珠海市拱北中学,是珠海市首批一级学校。她紧靠繁华的拱北口岸,傍依秀丽的将军山,揽山拥海,襟澳门而带粤港。学校各项设施先进、齐全。环境幽雅、清新、整洁、优美,为本市推一一所荣获“广东省绿色学校”的中学。 学校与珠海市经济特区同龄。今天已发展成为拥有120多位教职工,34个教学班1700多名学生的完全中学。20年来,为特区建设和高等院校培养和输送了一批又一批合格人才,被誉为“加工能力最强的学校”。 学校坚持以教学工作为中心,抓管理,促科研,搞改革,挖潜力,提高办学效益。学校计算机教育创特色,连续荣获全国青少年计算机奥林匹克广东赛区团体一、二等奖。近三年来,学生参加全国各项大赛共获各种奖励174人次,教师受市级以上奖励34人次,发表教育教学论文(含获奖)118篇,获市级以上优质课41人次,出版专著13部。当前,学校正在进行“学校教育生态环境对学生自我发展影响的研究”(全国教育科学“十五”规划重点课题“学生自我发展研究”的子课题)这一科研活动,并伴随这一课题产生了九个子课题,以科研带动了学校的发展。 学校建立起了一整套制度化、规范化和序列化的德育管理体系,是珠海市德育工
