大同供电分公司的职工们常说这样一句话:“我爱我家当主人,企业兴旺我幸福。”该公司工会紧紧围绕企业创建国际一流供电企业这一中心工作,本着“把家建在职工心坎上”的理念,既注重“家”的有形建设,更注重“家”的内涵建设,让“建家就是建企业”的思想观念在全体职工中深入人心。近日,该工会被中华全国总工会授予“全国模范职工之家”荣誉称号。加强自身建设让“家”凝心聚力该公司工会下辖27个分会、316个工会小组,有会员3825人。近年来,该公司工会把建设职工之家摆到重要的议事日程上。在实施过程中,该公司党委高度重视,行政大力支持,上下一股劲,内外一盘棋,形成了党政工“同唱一台戏,共建一个‘家”’的局面。
