This article analyzes reoperation of recurrent lung cancer after surgery to discuss recurrence factors to guide the implementation of lung cancer surgery and reduce the recurrence rate. 1 Clinical data In the hospital from 1987 to 1989, 8 cases of recurrent non-small cell lung cancer were treated with surgery. There were 3 cases in the right upper lobe, 1 case in the right middle lobe, 3 cases in the right lower lobe, and 1 case in the left lower lobe.
