本文介绍了钙调蛋白抑制剂(氯丙嗪)增敏热化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的动物实验。结果表明:单纯加热治疗对S180的生长有一定的抑制作用;氯丙嗪联合热化疗疗效明显优予热化疗,实验还探讨了氯丙嗪在热化疗前或后及前后均使用及使用长短的意义,结果显示疗效按前后处理、后处理、前处理逐步降低,作用时间长疗效增加。作者复习了有关文献认为,前处理仅为相加作用,后处理有增敏作用,前后同时处理则综合了这两方面的作用。氯丙嗪对热化疗的增敏作用是明显的,可望用于恶性肿瘤的综合治疗。
This article describes an animal experiment of sensitized thermochemotherapy with calmodulin inhibitors (chlorpromazine) for the treatment of malignant tumors. The results showed that the simple heating treatment had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of S180; the effect of chlorpromazine combined with thermochemotherapy was obviously superior to thermochemotherapy. The experiment also discussed the use and length of chlorpromazine before and after and after the thermochemotherapy. Significance: The results showed that the curative effect was gradually reduced before and after treatment, post-treatment, and pre-treatment, and the long-acting effect was increased. The authors reviewed the literature, suggesting that the pretreatment is only an additive effect, post-treatment has a sensitizing effect, and simultaneous treatment before and after synthesizes the effects of these two aspects. The sensitization effect of chlorpromazine on thermochemotherapy is obvious, and it is expected to be used for the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors.
