本文从三个方面扼要地提出当前对地下水实行全面管理的必要性,指出实行这种措施后对水资源利用可以带来的经济效益与社会效果。文章接着介绍了当代地下水管理的概念及管理模型的分类,并对目前国外采用最为普遍的两种水力学管理模型结合计算实例进行了具体说明。
This paper briefly presents the necessity of comprehensive management of groundwater from three aspects and points out the economic benefits and social effects that can be brought about by the utilization of water resources after the implementation of such measures. The article then introduces the concept of contemporary groundwater management and the classification of management models, and gives a detailed explanation of the two most commonly used models for hydraulics management in the world.
