公路交通运输在冬季因下雪或冰冻遇到阻碍,并且容易发生行车事故。防止方法一直沿用撒布盐粒或喷洒盐水,但因此不仅造成环境污染,影响农作物生长;亦且侵蚀路面,同时要付出大量冬季养护劳动和费用。对此公路工程工作者曾作过不少努力研究解决冰雪路面交通困难问题,寻找切实可行的措施,既不造成环境污染,又避免付出巨额冬季养护费用。
Road transport is hampered by snow or ice in the winter and traffic accidents are easy to occur. Preventing the method of spreading salt particles or spraying salt water all the time, however, not only causes environmental pollution and affects the growth of crops, but also damages pavements and at the same time requires a large amount of winter maintenance labor and expenses. In this regard, highway engineers have made great efforts to study and solve the difficulties of road traffic on ice and snow, looking for practical measures that will not cause environmental pollution and avoid the huge winter maintenance costs.
