日前,上海市医药管理局转发了《国家医药管理局关于印发<医药工业企业安全生产禁令>的通知》[国药综经字(1997)第526文]。通知指出:为贯彻“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,加强医药工业企业安全生产的管理,防止和减少事故,保证医药生产安全、稳定运行,故在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定了《医药工业企业安全生产禁令》,要求各地医药管理部门及医药工业企业认真贯彻执行。 根据上海市医药管理局的要求,本刊全文登载国家医药管理局发布的《医药工业企业安全生产禁令》。
Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Pharmaceutical Administration has transmitted the “Notice of the State Administration of Pharmacy on Printing and Distributing the Ban on Safe Production of Pharmaceutical Industrial Enterprises.” [The Pharmacopoeia of the Chinese Medicine (1997) No. 526]. The notice pointed out: In order to implement the policy of “safety first, prevention first”, strengthen the management of safe production in pharmaceutical industrial enterprises, prevent and reduce accidents, and ensure the safe and stable operation of pharmaceutical production, it formulated on the basis of extensive solicitation of opinions. The “Prohibition of Safe Production in Pharmaceutical Industry Enterprises” requires all local pharmaceutical administrative departments and pharmaceutical industry enterprises to implement them in earnest. According to the requirements of the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Administration, the full text of this publication is published in the “Safe Production Ban of Pharmaceutical Industry Enterprises” issued by the State Administration of Pharmaceuticals.
