根据国家经贸委《“九五”全国设备管理工作纲要》的要求,为规范行业设备管理基础工作,逐步实现固定资产管理工作的标准化,在广泛征求各省市电子工业主管部门、大中型企业意见的基础上,原电子部组织有关省市24个单位45名高、中级工程技术人员和管理人员,依据国家标准GB/T14885-94固定资产分类代码,结合电子工业实际,制定完成了《电子工业固定资产分类与代码》
