据悉,由国家体改委、经贸委和国有资产管理局牵头起草的《国有企业资产监督管理条例》,已经国务院常务会议通过,近期将颁布。据称此条例将在《全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制条例》明确企业经营权的基础上,明确企业的所有权,结束在国有资产管理中无法可依的局面。该条例主要包括以下几个方面的内容:
