冀语教坛 自1987年新的教学大纲陆续 颁布以来,我们按照“降低难度、减 缓坡度、明确要求、减经负担”的要 求,以大纲为纲,以课本为本,着眼 人才培养,立足农村实际,在小学语文教学改革中,以教学目标管理为课题,进行了深入的研究,力求通过“分段达标,层层把关”,使教学质量逐步达到教学大纲的要求。几年来,通过加强教学目标管理的实践,推动了小学语文教学改革的深入发展,促进了教学质量的全面提高。
