《中华人民共和国经济合同法》列专章,对经济合同管理作了明确规定。这是我国经济合同法的一大特色。在改革开放已经走过十多个年头,取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就,也积累不少问题的形势下,按照党的十三届五中全会总结的经济教训和部署,进一步探讨经济合同管理,推动此项工作不断趋于完善,无论对近几年的治理整顿,还是对较长远的经济发展,都有积极意义。
“Economic Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China,” a column of special chapter on the economic contract management made a clear provision. This is a major feature of China’s economic contract law. Under the circumstances that the reform and opening up have gone through more than 10 years and made tremendous achievements that attracted worldwide attention and accumulated a great deal of problems, according to the economic lessons and arrangements summarized by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, we further explored economic contract management, The promotion of this work is constantly improving. It has positive significance both for the rectification and rectification in recent years and for the long-term economic development.
