1995年4月10日～14日,航天工业总公司召开各院(局、基地)领导干部会议,动员和部署全面贯彻落实航天总公司改革与发展纲要,总经理刘纪原在《认清形势,转变观念,统一思想,全面贯彻航天总公司改革与发展纲要》的报告中,提出了当前急需做好的四项工作,即“抓好一个转变,建设两个工程,完善三个制度,弘扬四个精神”。希望广大干部、职工认真学习、深刻领会。
