简介 电击转复心律就是用直流电电击心脏,使心律失常转为窦性心律。早期曾称为“除颤”,实际上它包括了纠正心房纤颤、心房扑动、心室纤颤及室上性和室性心动过速等各种快速心律失常。近年来,这项治疗技术已在国内开展起来。我一院内科冠心病小组本着毛主席“洋为中用”的教导,在反复动物试验的基础上,于去年2月开始,正式用于临床。本文介绍他们开展这项新疗法的初步体会,并对与电击转复心律有关的几个问题进行了简要讨论。

This article describes their initial experience with this new therapy and briefly discusses several issues related to the electrical shock resuscitation.
