本文报道静脉注射东莨菪碱4mg/kg和⊿~9-四氢大麻酚(⊿~9-THC)3mg/kg对家兔呼吸和血压的影响。东莨菪碱对麻醉家兔有兴奋“静态”通气、抑制对C0_2反应性的效应,而对心率及血压无明显影响。⊿~9-THC对清醒家兔及麻醉家兔均有抑制呼吸及降低血压的效应。这种抑制效应在麻醉家兔更为剧烈,有时可致死亡。肾上腺素可部分纠正⊿~9-THC的降压效应。东莨菪碱和⊿~9-THC合用时,⊿~9-THC的作用掩盖了东莨菪碱的作用,即东莨菪碱不能拮抗⊿~9-THC抑制通气和降低血压的效应。实验中还见到了⊿~9-THC的快速耐药性现象。
This article reports the effects of intravenous scopolamine 4mg / kg and ⊿ ~ 9-THC 3mg / kg on respiration and blood pressure in rabbits. Scopolamine is excited to “static” ventilation in anesthetized rabbits and inhibits the effect on C0_2 reactivity, but has no significant effect on heart rate and blood pressure. ⊿ ~ 9-THC on awake rabbits and anesthetized rabbits have respiration and reduce blood pressure effects. This inhibitory effect is more severe in anesthetized rabbits and can sometimes result in death. Epinephrine may partially correct the hypotensive effect of ~ 9-THC. Scopolamine combined with ⊿ ~ 9-THC, the role of ⊿ ~ 9-THC masked the role of scopolamine, scopolamine can not antagonize ⊿ ~ 9-THC inhibition of ventilation and reduce blood pressure. Also seen in the experiment ⊿ ~ 9-THC rapid resistance phenomenon.
