2002年国家、省、市再就业工作会议结束以后,我们地税系统认真贯彻上级关于进一步做好下岗失业人员再就业工作的指示精神,在思想认识、组织领导、政策宣传、规范管理、部门配合等方面积极主动,采取得力措施,本着简便易行、从快务实的原则,扎扎实实地落实好税收优惠政策,保障了再就业工作的健康发展。尽管今年上半年有非典疫情的影响,但仍确保了各项税收优惠政策落实到位。截止目前,全市已享受税收减免企业共57户,减免地方各税246.24万元;为创办个体工商户的下岗失业人员
