首都北京面临着水资源紧缺和水污染加重的严峻形势,制约着城市经济的发展。保护水资源,改善水环境,做好水环境监测工作,是水利部门义不容辞的责任。北京市水利系统的水环境监测工作始于70年代初期,至今已有近二十年的历史。1972年首先建立官厅水库水质化验室。1976年以后,又陆续在市水文总站、密云水库、怀柔水库和城市河湖管理处建立了四个水质
