“八五”攻关是建立在“七五”攻关所取得的成果基础上,是紧密结合水电工程建设的具体情况;抓住关键技术,立足于能取得更大的经济效益和带动整个水电行业向前发展的重大科技攻关课题。目前,我国各有关方面已对“八五”水电科技攻关计划进行了大量论证工作,现正待国家对攻关计划作最后审定。
