内生真菌在其宿主植物生长过程中扮演着重要的角色。为了探讨濒危植物八角莲菌根的结构及内生真菌的分布情况,对其野生植株菌根进行了显微结构的观察。结果表明,野生八角莲植株与内生真菌关系密切,其根中定殖着2种不同形态的真菌;真菌主要分布于表皮层和皮层,其中皮层中分布着膨大的菌丝结构。研究结果为八角莲属植物菌根结构及其与宿主相互作用的系统研究提供了参考。
Endophytic fungi play an important role in the growth of their host plants. In order to investigate the structure of endophyte mycorrhizal fungi and the distribution of endophytic fungi in endangered plants, the microstructure of wild mycorrhizal plants was observed. The results showed that the wild plants were closely related to endophytic fungi. Two kinds of fungi were colonized in their roots. The fungi were mainly distributed in the epidermis and cortex, and the dilated mycelium was distributed in the cortex. The results provide a reference for mycorrhizal structure and interaction with host in the genus.
