以当年产新鲜木瓜为原料,通过索氏抽提法、热水浸提法、乙醇回流提取法、复合提取法比较选取热水浸提法为最佳提取方法。考察了浸提时间、浸提温度、料水比、木瓜干粉粒径等因素对多糖提取率的影响,并通过正交实验对浸提工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,热水浸提法提取木瓜多糖的最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度90℃,浸提时间30min,料水比1:70,木瓜干粉粒径120目。在此条件下3次提取所得木瓜粗多糖的平均提取率为11.18%。纯化后木瓜多糖平均收率为7.9%。
When fresh papaya is used as raw material, hot water extraction method, hot water extraction method, ethanol reflux extraction method and compound extraction method are compared to select hot water extraction method as the best extraction method. The effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, water-to-solid ratio, papaya dry powder particle size on the extraction rate of polysaccharide were investigated. The parameters of extraction were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of hot water extraction of papaya polysaccharides: extraction temperature 90 ℃, extraction time 30min, material to water ratio 1:70, papaya dry powder particle size 120 mesh. Under these conditions, the average extraction rate of crude polysaccharide extracted three times was 11.18%. After purification papaya polysaccharide average yield of 7.9%.
