3～4月龄Wister雄性大鼠31只,随机分为雌二醇组(E_2)、睾酮组(T)和对照组,分别每日皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇、丙酸睾丸素或生理盐水。用药10天处死动物,观察其睾丸重、包皮腺重、睾丸及包皮腺与体重的比、睾丸匀浆LDH总活性及LDH-X的相对活性。结果表明:E_2组上述指标均显著低于对照组,T组仅有睾丸重量和LDH-X的活性降低,其余指标的变化无统计学意义。
Thirty male Wister rats of 3 to 4 months old were randomly divided into estradiol group (E_2), testosterone group (T) and control group. Subcutaneous injection of estradiol benzoate, testosterone propionate or saline . The animals were sacrificed 10 days after the injection to observe the testis weight, preputial gland weight, testis and prepuce gland weight to body weight, testicular homogenate LDH activity and LDH-X relative activity. The results showed that the above indexes in E_2 group were significantly lower than those in control group. Only testicle weight and the activity of LDH-X in group T decreased, but the other indexes did not change statistically.
