合成了37个B环具不同取代基的5,7-二羟基黄烷酮,并进行了对离体豚鼠心脏影响的药理实验。发现3′-氯代-、4′-羟基-和2′,4′-二羟基-的5,7-二羟基黄烷酮(100μg/ml)可使冠脉流量增加约60%,而对心率和心肌收缩力无明显影响。
37 B-ring 5,7-dihydroxyflavanones with different substituents were synthesized and pharmacological experiments on the isolated guinea pig heart were performed. It was found that 3? -chloro-, 4’-hydroxy- and 2 ’, 4’-dihydroxy-5,7-dihydroxyflavanone (100 μg / ml) increased coronary flow by about 60% Heart rate and myocardial contractility no significant effect.
