当前,市场经济正处于不断调整的环境中,福利企业发展也面临着各种各样的问题,例如职工安置成本增加、兴办准入条件提升等。这些问题的存在,已经严重影响了福利企业正常的运行,使其社会职能无法得以有效发挥,因此亟需采取相应措施予以解决。本文主要分析了福利企业发展面临的困境,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决措施,以供相关人员参考所用。
