企业人力资本使用过程中出现成本是必然的,我国的企业在人力资源成本的控制与管理过程中的力度还很弱,还有各种问题存在。所以企业需要更新自身的经营理念,进行长期有效的规划,不断积极的找寻各种新的管理方法以提升其竞争市场竞争能力。文中对人力资源的成本概念进行了简要阐述,并提出了企业人力资源成本管理控制的方式策略。
The emergence of cost in the process of using human capital is inevitable. The efforts of Chinese enterprises in the process of controlling and managing the cost of human resources are still weak, and various problems exist. Therefore, enterprises need to update their business philosophy, long-term and effective planning, and constantly seek new ways of management to enhance their competitive market competitiveness. This paper briefly describes the concept of cost of human resources and puts forward the ways and means of controlling the cost of human resource management.
