本文研究了硼对GH130合金组织和性能的影响,当硼含量为0.0042%~0.0072%时,合金晶界上的二次M_3B_2获得了最合适的数量和分布状态,因而具有最好的高温综合性能。实验结果还表明:随着晶界上一次M_3B_2的增多,合金的持久性能下降。晶界上二次M_3B_2过多或过少,对合金的性能也是不利的,只有当晶界二次M_3B_2获得合适的数量和分布时,才能提高合金的综合性能。
In this paper, the effect of boron on the microstructure and properties of GH130 alloy has been investigated. When the content of boron is 0.0042% ~ 0.0072%, the optimum amount and distribution of secondary M_3B_2 on the grain boundaries are obtained, . The experimental results also show that with the increase of M_3B_2 in the grain boundary, the ductility of the alloy decreases. The excessive or too small secondary M 3 B 2 in the grain boundary is unfavorable to the properties of the alloy. Only when the secondary M 3 B 2 in the grain boundary obtains the proper quantity and distribution can the comprehensive properties of the alloy be improved.
