我国西部边远地区的大企业,是该地区的经济发展的支柱和依托。在经济体制改革深入进行的情况下,这些企业面临着严重的挑战。因此,增强西部边远地区大企业的活力,不仅对于他们自身的发展,而且对于我国西部地区的经济振兴,是十分紧迫并且具有深远意义的重要课题。本文拟从甘肃这样一个典型的西部边远省份的实际出发,对此作以初步探讨。一、西部边远地区大企业的形象企业形象是指对企业的整体评价。它是企业能力的综合反映。西部边远地区的大企业的形象,可以概括为以下四点:
