目的研究大型水电站库区大面积灭鼠的方法,为今后灭鼠工作提供科学依据。方法调查水电站库区鼠密度和鼠种的构成,百色水利枢纽库区采用0.005%溴敌隆谷毒饵进行灭鼠,龙滩水电站广西库区用0.0375%杀鼠迷小麦毒饵进行灭鼠。结果百色水利枢纽库区的灭鼠率为83.34%,龙滩水电站广西库区的灭鼠率为86.65%。结论溴敌隆和杀鼠迷在水电站库区的灭鼠效果良好,采取综合灭鼠措施能更有效控制水电站库区的鼠害。
Objective To study a large area of large hydropower station rodent control methods for rodent control in the future to provide a scientific basis. Methods The rat density and the species composition of the rats in the hydropower station were investigated. The Baise hydroelectric dam reservoir was rodent controlled with 0.005% bromadiolone bait. The dam of Guangxi Longtan Hydropower Station was rodent-riddled with 0.0375% rodenticide wheat poison bait. Results The rodent control rate in Baise Reservoir Area was 83.34%. The rodent control rate of Longtan Hydropower Station in Guangxi Reservoir Area was 86.65%. Conclusion The control effect of bromadiolone and molluscicarb in the reservoir area of hydropower station is good. Comprehensive rodent control measures can effectively control rodent infestation in the reservoir area.
