本文主要通过对国有企业改制后领导体制中存在的权力高度集中的两职合一、三职合一和交叉任职情况的考察分析 ,试图解析我国现存的公司制企业领导体制的诸多矛盾 ,提出国有企业改革后如何加强监督的问题。
This paper tries to analyze many contradictions in the leadership system of the existing enterprise system in our country through the investigation and analysis of the one, How to Strengthen Supervision after Enterprise Reform.
