猪脾细胞干扰素(PSIFN)在同源和异源细胞上都表现出较高的抗病毒活性。它不仅可用于干扰素的研究材料,同时在实际用途上亦有很大潜力。但只有在进行了对局部组织影响程度和过敏试验后才能考虑进行全身性用药的各项试验。本文报道PSIFN局部毒性与过敏试验的实验研究。
Porcine splenocyte interferon (PSIFN) shows high antiviral activity on both homologous and heterologous cells. It is useful not only for interferon research materials, but also for its practical use. However, tests for systemic drug use should only be considered after the impact on local tissue and allergy tests have been performed. This article reports the experimental study of PSIFN local toxicity and allergy test.
