Cefpodoxime proxefil(U-76252)为第三代口服头孢菌素,其化学结构式如下: 本品为广谱抗生素,体外试验表明对多种革兰氏阴性菌种如大肠杆菌、克雷白氏菌、柠檬酸细菌属、变形菌属、肠球菌属等,以及几种革兰氏阳性菌种如肺炎链球菌、化脓性链球菌和金葡菌等有广泛的抗菌活性。本品是一种前药,在肠壁经非特异性羧基酯酶脱脂成活性物质Cefpodoxime(U-76253)。动物试验表明能使胃内pH上升的药物常使U-76253的血药浓度降低。又据报道食物可使本品的AUC增加30%。为此,作者将健康、不吸烟的受试者分成pH试验组
