[目的]研究嘧菌环胺在苹果中的消解动态和残留变化,评价其膳食摄入风险。[方法]样品经乙腈超声提取,固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱-质谱仪检测。[结果]在0.01~2 mg/kg的加标量范围中,平均回收率为81.0%~88.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~5.5%,定量限(LOQ)为0.01 mg/kg。在北京和安徽2地半衰期分别为26、35 d,3个采收间隔期(14、21、28 d)的最终残留结果均低于国际食品法典的最大残留限量。[结论]参照国际食品法典规定的最大残留限量(MRL)标准2 mg/kg,膳食风险评估结果表明按推荐方法使用,嘧菌环胺残留风险较低,间隔21 d后的苹果是相对安全的。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the digestion dynamic and residual changes of cyprodinil in apples and evaluate the risk of dietary intake. [Method] The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by solid phase extraction and detected by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. [Result] The average recoveries ranged from 81.0% to 88.4% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.4% -5.5% and the limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.01 mg / kg in the spiked range of 0.01-2 mg / kg. In Beijing and Anhui, the two half-lives were 26 and 35 d, respectively. The final residues of the three harvest intervals (14, 21 and 28 d) were lower than the maximum residue limits of the Codex Alimentarius. [Conclusion] According to MRL standard 2 mg / kg according to the International Codex Alimentarius, dietary risk assessment showed that the lower residual risk of cyprodinil was observed with the recommended method, and the apple after 21 days was relatively safe .
