探讨了现阶段操作性较强的绿色建筑竣工评价方法。通过在绿色建筑设计标识和运营标识之间增加绿色建筑竣工评价环节,可以保证绿色设计内容的实施,为绿色建筑运营效果的发挥提供保障。
This paper discusses the operational evaluation of green buildings at the present stage. By adding the green building completion evaluation link between the green building design logo and the operation logo, the implementation of the green design content can be guaranteed and the effect of the green building operation can be guaranteed.
