1 新的目标 今天,全市已有近2000万株行道树,2000万m~2公共绿地,它对环境改善起到了很大作用。在新世纪初发展新的目标是在已有“双两千”的基础上逐年大量栽植,取得覆盖率的增长,“双两千”中质量不够一级的,也就是带病存活的占3/4,其中“病入膏盲”的三级和等外的又占其中的1/2,应先把这些不够“健康”和“老弱病残”的养护成一级的。
